I’ve been reading a lot about intentional living, and the lotus flower meaning (staying grounded while reaching for the light) keeps coming up. I am attempting to decorate my house with objects that can tell a story. I recently discovered a “Green Collection” on abodelook where they have some plants and decor that are water friendly, and has anyone used these to have a living display of lotus? I would be interested in knowing how you strike the balance between the symbolism and the actual maintenance.
I really like the idea of using lotus-inspired decor to create a space that feels both meaningful and calming. A living lotus display can look beautiful, but it does require attention to water quality, sunlight, and regular maintenance. Just as the fafo meaning can depend on context, the meaning you give your home decor can also become more personal through the way you use it.
